Forms and contact requests
When you request information about programs, events or projects, we receive the fields you fill in, such as name, email, phone, company, role and interests. Fields vary by form. We use this information to respond, organize requests and follow up with you. Landing pages, referral information and campaign parameters help identify how a request reached us.
Newsletter and communications
Newsletter signup is voluntary. We record your email, signup date, source and the authorization text shown when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe using the link in our messages or contact us for assistance. Registering for a program or event does not replace permission to receive promotional messages. Importing a contact again does not reverse an earlier unsubscribe.
Cookies, measurement and advertising
The website uses Google Analytics to measure navigation and Google Ads to track campaigns. Campaign pages may also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and conversions. These tools may process browser identifiers, visited pages, device information and referral sources. Form measurement distinguishes a saved registration from a WhatsApp click. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may affect features and measurement.
Third-party services and content
We use hosting, database, email and customer relationship services. Information needed to handle a request may be recorded in our CRM and shared with the responsible team. Event schedules and registrations may be handled through Luma. Instagram and YouTube content, and links to other platforms, are subject to those services' policies. Some providers may process data outside Brazil.
Retention and care
We retain records as needed to handle requests, operate programs and meet applicable obligations. Access and use are limited to service purposes. Please do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal data in free-text form fields.
Requests about personal data
You can ask for information about processing, access, correction, deletion where applicable or cancellation of communications by emailing terron@newhack.vc. We may request information to verify your identity and locate a record, limited to what is necessary. Operational records or records subject to legal obligations may need to be kept after promotional communications stop.
