Rodrigo Terron
Rodrigo Terron is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in scaling startups. As the CEO of Rocketseat, he significantly grew the company, reaching 100 employees and $25 million in annual recurring revenue, which eventually led to a merger and sale to Digital House. Beyond his entrepreneurial journey, Rodrigo is an angel investor and advisor, particularly in the early stages of startups like Be Confident, where he leverages his expertise in fundraising and networking. Additionally, Rodrigo is committed to fostering community building, developing strong partnerships, and supporting innovative ecosystems.
Paulo Braga
Paulo Braga has over 12 years of experience in venture capital, startups, and innovation, with a strong tech entrepreneurial background. He played a pivotal role in launching Brazil's first Founders Institute class and creating Endeavor’s corporate accelerator, now known as the Scale-Up Program. Over the past seven years, Paulo has focused on VC and CVC, working globally with HNWIs and large corporations. He led Telefônica’s Wayra accelerator, founded Neuron Ventures—the first healthcare-focused VC fund in Brazil with Eurofarma—and directed CVC at Grupo Boticário, managing VC investments, tech labs, and corporate accelerators. Paulo is also an LP in VC funds and an angel investor.
